Introducing Shadow of Memory - our first ever stout brewed on our new kit at Springwell. We used the choicest Pale Malt, Munich, Crystal, Black Malt, Chocolate Malt and Oats blend to create a 7% weighty and robust stout. Rich and chewy with all the flavours of bonfire toffee, smooth espresso, luscious dark chocolate and fudge. We added a very small addition of lactose to build up the body a tad more and to add a rounded sweetness to complement the stouts bitter notes.
