Run Mosaic Run - Single Hopped DIPA Carrying on with our Single Hopped DIPA series we have an old favourite, Mosaic. This series of beers have all been the same beer recipe but all we’ve changed is the hop bill. Mosaic hops have a complex flavour profile including mango, pine, citrus and herbs and aromas of tropical and stone fruit.
