Mobberley Brewhouse - Illuminate - DDH IPA

The first time we've brewed with El Dorado. This beer uses a new fermentation technique to promote richer fruit flavours. A double dry hop of El Dorado and Mosaic has created an IPA with bold tropical fruit characteristics; mainly pineapple and mango.
