After the success of Squash Court and because we only brew it once a year we wanted to brew another big DIPA fairly quickly. A very similar malt bill to Squash Court but using hops we just can't get enough of, Strata, Citra and Simcoe. Rekindle your youth with this classic DIPA!
This well balanced DIPA utilises Strata, Citra and Simcoe, with flavours of tropical fruit, grapefruit, pine, strawberry and dank. All sitting amongst a soft, rounded body fermented with our Little Monster house yeast.
