After the success of the Sussex Project we wanted to start a new series but with a slight difference. Brew 5 beers with the same malt, same yeast, same ABV but change two hops every time and see what type of flavours we can create. First up Idaho 7 and Bru1. A Session IPA with punchy tropical fruits and hints of spice.
