This is Lady Stardust. Our lush refreshing 6.3% Mango & Citra IPA. We used brand new hop products in fermenter courtesy of @barthhaasx to mitigate any lingering hop burn issues we often have when combining hops and fruit. The result is gorgeously fruity refreshing creation with tonnes of mango. It’s thick and juicy yet still manages to be crisp.
