Exploring super pale malt with a tweaked blend of jumbo oats, naked oats and white wheat has yielded an ultra fluffy texture here. From three separate dry-hops you get hints of gooseberry and lychee in amongst a bounty of peach, passionfruit and pineapple. This is all expressed using solid and liquid hops, including fancy and flowable YCH702 Citra. Citrus, citrus & more citrus.
