On a super pale base we've added white wheat, oat & spelt malt for a full and creamy texture. We're continuing to explore experimental New Zealand hop varieties, courtesy of Freestyle Hops, with this addition of Manilita. It's a mid-harvested variety, from the Thiol Amplifier Blocks of the Sunrise Valley Farm, that's giving endless sweet tropical waves & adds a new dimension to the signature character of NZ hops.
