Fruit Sour with sour cherry and peach. Using a base of extra pale malt with chateau white wheat to achieve a clean texture that lets the fruit combination shine. Soured overnight, lightly hopped with Simcoe leaf, giving a subtle hum of bitterness and then combined with peach and sour cherry puree for a dessert-like experience!
