Soft destalking and pressing of the grapes; fermentation with maceration of the skin for 12 days at controlled temperature in steel tank.
Aged for 6 month in steel tank and 12 months in French-oak barrel; later refinement of 12 months in bottle before selling.
Intense ruby wine with red-berried fruit, vanilla and coffee bouquet; it has a full, warm palate, with scents of cherry and balanced tannins.
Great structure and aftertaste....a Wine for all red lovers.
