Jones Signature London Dry Gin is hand-crafted in small batches using ‘Skip’ our copper alembic still in the heart of Davenham Village, Cheshire.
Our unique recipe has a combination of 14 botanicals, 5 of which are locally foraged along the Weaver Valley. Natural spring water is used to create a beautifully smooth and citrusy gin with prominent juniper notes.
NOSE
Fresh and citrussy with prominent juniper.
FRONT
You’ll get the punch of juniper you’d expect form a London Dry, wrapped up in sharp and fresh citrussy notes.
MIDDLE
Mouth covering and smooth – the more subtle and complex flavours start to come through as the juniper levels of. You’ll detect spruce and fragrant grassy tones.
FINISH
A pleasant, long and lingering finish where the warmth reaffirms the quality of the gin, leaving the dry texture you’d expect from a London Dry.
