Fresh Craft Beer from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
For Dense, we made a slight change to the malt bill by increasing the oats and wheat both by 5%. The aim of this was to increase the body and mouth feel as both are high protein malts and the oats are really high in Beta Glucans. We also played around with the water treatment and mash temperatures to maximise the body. Idaho 7 and Mosaic team up for the dry hop and they bring fruity notes along with some pine and resin, which gives the beer some balance.
