Hogan's x 6 Degrees North - World's Collide

We brewed this with yeast collected by the wonderful people at Hogan’s Cider during the keeving process to produce a slightly tart and very complex ale with a fruity, dry finish. On the nose the wild cider yeast comes to the fore, a small addition of cherries adds a sweet, almost nutty note to the palate before a refreshing dry finish.
