Gyre & Gimble’s Pinot Noir Gin, takes the pomace from East Anglian vineyards, and re-invents it into its own product.
Notes:
Jam and subtle spices on the nose, with a little cardamom.
Palate:
Jam and soft fruits are there from start to finish. Natural sweetness with a full body.
Finish:
Raisins linger and give a port-like finish.
