Nose: Floral with hints of fresh sea air from foraged Rock Samphire and Lavender.
Pallet: Herbaceous notes from sage leaves develop into floral lavender and salty sea air that continues from nose to pallet.
Finish: Herbaceous and salty undertones linger with a warming pepper spice.
