Kevin Judd first helped to make New Zealand’s iconic Cloudy Bay famous with his great winemaking skills. Eventually he decided to start a venture on his own and Greywacke was born. This is his 92-point Sauvignon. Brilliant lime and mineral fresh.
For this vibrant white, Kevin used many different parcels of grapes from the Wairau and Awatere Valleys. Vinified separately, all the vats were left to age on their lees, before blending. Peach and passionfruit with lemon zing, this white is ideal with creamy sauced white meat or fish.
