Inspired by the versions imported from the US, we had a go at brewing our first ever smoothie sour. It was bloody hard work but we think it's paid off. This beer is more than 40% unfermented strawberry, blueberry and banana puree with piles of vanilla to boot. And obviously, like all our beers, its completely vegan. Roll the cans gently to resuspend the fruit and then enjoy the smoothie experience.
