Where as HÆRDBALL was a big, straight up Citra bomb, its new little brother SØFTBALL sees the focus on a hop that just doesn’t get as much time in the limelight anymore. Amarillo. While it has been an inconsistent hop over recent years, we feel we have had our hands on some cracking lots and have kept them to push an Amarillo forward SIPA. The classic bright zingy orangey notes are all there which pair well with the deep apricot and slight coconut esters thrown off by the yeast we’ve used to ferment this one.
