Artisan Gin from our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
Fifty/50/Gin is a London Dry style gin that has been aged in casks for 20 years.
The gins first decade is spent in virgin oak casks, which helps to infuse sweet vanilla, ginger and strong oak flavours.
For its final 10 years, it is moved into ex whisky casks. These allowed the wood to slowly impart greater depth and a more gentle range of flavours.
The botanicals used within this gin include juniper berries, coriander, cassia bark, cinnamon, angelica, orris root, liquorice, lemon and sweet orange peel.
