Elusive Brewing / Five Cloud Brew Co Kohu

Elusive brewed this beer in collaboration with Fivecloud Brew Co.

Kohu is an international IPA taking in the soft mouthfeel and haze-inducing malt profile of a New England style IPA and adding three hop varieties from New Zealand, before fermenting with a classic Belgian yeast strain. Three stages of dry hopping both, during and after fermentation finish the beer off.

Expect a beer very soft on the palate with low bitterness but with lots of flavour and aroma from the combined forces of the hops and yeast.
