Pression is our riff on If We Must an ongoing grape pomace collab between ourselves and Verdant. Using local dessert and cider apples from Drove Orchards adding body and a tannic dry note complimented by a fruit filled dry hop of Azacca, Cashmere, Huell Melon, Loral, Mosaic Cryo, Vic Secret. Enjoy the best of both with worlds with a beer that is subtly reminiscent of a sweeter style cider.
