Our LATEST 6% New England IPA. Our newest collaboration, brewed with the lovely team behind Two Flints brewery, Windsor's newest craft brewery. Brewed in our classic House style, we've fermented this beauty out with a Thiol yeast strain. This yeast strain causes a bio-transformation, breaking down flavour & aroma compounds in the beer & giving a huge explosion of flavour. Hopped out with Azacca T90 & Cryo, Citra T90 & Cryo and Equanot, this hugely aromatic beer hangs on a classically thick & unctuous body, with a big tropical blast of fruit pastel sweets & a clean finish.
