Cremant is effectively Champagne-style sparkling wine, but made outside of the Champagne in one of France's many wine producing regions - in this case, the Loire Valley. What Cremant offers is exceptional quality fizz at the snip of the price of its more illustrious counterpart. This offers all freshly squeezed lemon juice and balm, green apple, toasted hazelnuts and almonds, and a touch of fresh pastry. Crisp and fresh, it would make for a lip-smacking aperitif or go nicely with a cheeseboard.
