A single hop mosaic IPA which is one of a pair, its sibling being Yolo. A lean, house favourite grain bill and cooler than usual fermentation lets the Mosaic really sing! Compare and contrast with Yolo! One has T90 Mosaic hops, one has Mosaic Cryo hops but which way round is it!?
