This beer is domne in our signature sour way in the fermenter, lactobacillus for 48 hours then Hornidal Kveik yeast for 24 hour, then over 2 weeks with 250g/l Passionfruit and Pineapple Puree.
Expect a refreshing tang and beautiful flavours from the lacto balanced with the wonderful fresh fruit flavours.
