For our second smoothie sour we've gone full Mango!
We brewed up a thick oat heavy base, complemented with plenty of lactose for extra body and sweetness, then fermented with WHC Sour Hour yeast until the pH was just right. After a second fermentation we added Vanilla to again bring the sweetness up to complement a huge addition of Mango puree.
Part beer, part fruit smoothie and most importantly.....DELICIOUS!
