They team up with Clifton Coffee in Bristol for the beans used in Wildebeest, trialling espresso shots and French press before we settling on whole beans. The cocoa nibs are Vhalrona which were recommended as the best by chocolatiers and the vanilla pods Madagascan.
It's a judicious selection of pale and dark malts adding to the decadence and making this beer like a beautifully rich dessert in a glass.
