West Coast DDH DIPA - A bold yet balanced DIPA that provides a modern twist on some of our favourite Californian hop bombs. It's soft and rich with intense hop flavour but rounded off by a clean, dry finish and a restrained, pithy bitterness, dry-hopped with a combination of classic and contemporary hops. Centennial provides bright citrus flavours to complement the dank, ripe tropical fruit notes of Idaho 7.
