Echo Dream, a DIPA with the very highly rated FLOC. This beer is crammed with plenty of southern hemisphere hops, creating a true flavour bomb. It has a soft, pillowy body that is contrasted by bold New Zealand and Australian hops. We have used Riwaka for some punchy citrus and passionfruit notes, Galaxy hops to build the thickness and pine, while NZ Cascade balances everything out with tropical juiciness.
