100% Xarrel-Lo grape.

From a single steep plot of 54 year old bush vines on clay rich soil, 270-300m above sea level. With a waterway and forest at the bottom of the plot, and because of its inclination, this plot is harvested in three different stages over three weeks as the fruit matures. Ferran then vinifies each harvest separately.

Partially pressed directly and partially between 1 and 7 days maceration. Aged in both glass demijohn and 400L old oak barrel. Each wine is then blended together before being bottled. The resulting wine is both creamy, balanced and complex.
