Fine Wine from our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
This wine has delicate aromas of black fruits and prune. Fine and supple, the palate is pleasant and flattering. A good accompaniment to light, white meats or mediterranean dishes.
Respectively founded in 1923 and 1960, 'Cave de Chaintré' and 'Cave des Producteurs de Juliénas' were merged in 2013 to form a veritable union between Burgundy and Beaujolais, two key regions rich in their oenological importance.
The Men and women who make up Juliénas Chaintré Vignerons Associés work together today, putting emphasis on respect for the 'terroir' , innovation and production of a large selection of outstanding wines.
Best drunk young and slightly chilled.
