The year before everything stopped we did a collaboration with Cascade Brewing, three years later we finally get to enjoy the labours of our venture. Fermented and aged in Amarone barrels for 2 years, led way to give us a clean and crisp sour to then sit on cherries for a further 4 months. We have been waiting patiently to share this delicious beer with you, a clean and rounded cherry sour with undertones of oak. Contains sediment.
