Four Friends found a united love for wild and mixed fermentation beer and cider.
In April 2018 we embarked on a collaboration project that represented this. One brew of beer into our coolship for wild inoculation with each brewery and cider maker having 3 barrels each to express their own mixed fermentation culture. Five different beers were created. One barrel of each of the four producers iteration was bottled for a mono release to express the different yeast cultures, the rest was bottled for a blend unique to our project.
