A series of fortunate events led us to brewing our first radler: a desire to have the perfect ‘end of shift’ thirst quencher for the summer, and needing a super sessionable beer suitable for long afternoon in beer gardens with friends. Just a ‘snippet’ of fresh lemons adds a refreshing citrus bite to the lager base.
