Double Chocolate Stout. Thick, heavy and dark. This could describe both the beer and the band in our June band collaboration. Moloch are a caustic sludge band from Nottingham, producing some unbelievably visceral and raw music. For this beer, we've brewed up a deep, thick double chocolate stout. We used a whopping 75kg of cocoa powder and nearly half a tonne of maltodextrin to achieve a rich, unctuous beer. Like drinking an alcoholic chocolate milk.
