Hiphopopotomus is not only a wicked cool name for a beer but is also a nod to the origins of the Brand New experimental hop used to create this New England Pale Ale.
To make The Bruce the growers used early Nelson Sauvin, early Motueka, late Pacifica and mid Pacific Jade. The aroma has fresh gooseberry, citrus peel, ripe tropical fruit and orange blossom.
Designed to be drank alongside/in comparison with the Rhymenocerous.
