Fine Wine from Our Bottle Shop and Taproom:
A typical fruity New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc. The grapes for this wine are harvested at night-time to preserve as much of the fresh aromatics a possible. The vineyards are split between the cooler Awatere and the warmer Wairau valleys to ensure a finely balanced wine. This shows in its blend of classic grass and citrus aromas with riper tropical fruit notes.
This wine is imported exclusively by a collective of independent UK wine merchants making it difficult to get hold of and a real gem in our store.
