What the heck is a Cold IPA? This trend coming over from the USA is a modern interpretation of an India Pale Lager - Imagine a lager and an IPA had a baby and you'd get this beer. We use pilsner malts and lager yeast, fused with new world hops Nelson Sauvin and some awesome juicy Idaho 7. They're introduced in the fermentation stage too for some fruity biotransformation - This is not your usual lager or IPA - it's a spring and summer crusher!
