New Theory - Growing Pains

Picked from an old block overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Growing Pains is more bolder and fuller bodied than its younger brother Love Bite but still holds that juicy red fruit South African cinsault is renowned for. The old bush vines from which the grapes are picked combined with ten months in a barrel, create a healthy concentration of red fruits and soft tannins.

New Theory (previously Nouveau) is the brainchild of Thom and Charles Bradley who set the project up to work with South African winemakers to choose the best fruit possible and produce fresh expressions of low–intervention wine. For them, it's all about craft with all the pairs wines being small-batch, so they can continue to experiment and make interesting juice.
