An oxidative aging wine, obtained from the partial fermentation of Pedro Ximénez grape must previously sun-dried. Aged for about 12 to 14 years using the solera and criadera system in American oak barrels.
Dark mahogany in color with brilliant highlights, it presents powerful aromas of raisins, with nuances of licorice, coffee, and other dried fruit notes. On the palate, it is very smooth, warm, and sweet, with an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness that gives it great volume and persistence.
