Our second special release is Unnos (Galaxy, Simcoe, Citra)and it’s a gem, bright and citrusy and really juicy – slightly lighter than the Unnos (Amarillo, Waimea, Azacca) we have gone with Galaxy, Simcoe and Citra hops which gives a hint of grapefruit.
