Crafted in Cheshire on their family farm using a carefully balanced botanical blend, Bidlea's Cheshire Dry Gin is a modern expression of a classic style — bold juniper at its core, softened by warmth, citrus depth, and an exceptionally smooth finish.

This is a gin designed to impress both the casual drinker and the serious gin enthusiast.

Nose
Bright, pine-fresh juniper leads immediately, lifted by soft citrus peel and gentle spice.

Palate
Clean juniper backbone flows into coriander seed’s subtle citrus spice, followed by the deep, rounded citrus of chen pi (aged tangerine peel). Angelica root adds earthy structure, while cassia bark brings a refined warmth without overpowering.

Finish
Exceptionally smooth and lingering. The inclusion of premium rolled oats gives a soft, creamy mouthfeel, rounding the spirit beautifully and leaving a clean, dry finish that invites the next sip.
