The first time we’ve used NZ Cascade in the brewery and it doesn’t disappoint. We’ve chosen to showcase it alongside two other complex varieties from New Zealand; Rakau and Motueka to produce grapefruit driven citrus, overripe tropical fruit and subtle red berry.
