Artisan Gin from our Bottle Shop and Taproom
Founded by three scientists, run today by a father and a son. Every bottle carries a pH gradation up the neck — the colour names the gin before a single word does.
Infused with sea buckthorn for a bright and zesty character, with a lingering tang that feels clean rather than harsh.
