This DIPA is outrageous, we’ve used a crazy amount of naked malted oats and wheat in the grist along with a tailored water profile for maximum thickness… Whirlpool additions of Chinook Cryo Hops followed by a double dry hop- Citra Hyperboost during active fermentation then the freshest Citra Cryo & Chinook Cryo hops we could get our hands on! Think Intense stone fruit, vibrant grapefruit, bitter orange and sticky pine needles with a robust bitterness and long finish.
