An Ice Cream Sour in collaboration with our mates at Elmeleven, the Swiss sour legends. Warm cinnamon and baked-apple layers take the lead, folded into a plush sweet-tart base with that ice-cream creaminess running through it. Vanilla and soft pastry tones round everything out, while a clean acidity keeps it bright and drinkable. All the pleasure of apple pie with a scoop on top.
