Produced from Pinot Nero grapes grown on calcareous and clayey soils. Ruby red in colour with garnet reflections. The nose is elegant with notes of vanilla, spices and undergrowth. The palate has vanilla characters with velvety tannins and a long persistence.
Food Pairing: Perfect to pair game, meat or mushroom first courses and white or red meats.
