Mother's Ruin Cornish Blue Flamingo

A Blue Flamingo is rare, beautiful and quite mythical. My gin contains unusual and scarce botanicals. Some of these botanicals found growing in my own garden, Black Bee Honey produced on Rame peninsula and the amazing special berry from Brazil.

Cornish Blue - Flamingo is a very meaningful name to me, with dreams as a child of hot sunny days basking in cool waters and wondering why I felt differently to my piers. Which in turn is why I simply chose to call it 'Cornish Blue - Flamingo Gin', as most flamingos are pink, and rarely are they blue or so the legend says!

I've created my gin with the help of the very talented Colwith Farm Distillery based in Fowey, they have helped me marry botanicals so that Gin lovers can drink over and over again. Cornish Blue - Flamingo Gin is the result of many hours spent mixing flavours, creating design ideas and working closely with family and friends, all distilled by hand by Craig himself.

Within my Gin there are 16 different Botanicals which are:
Juniper, Coriander, Lemon Peel, Fresh Lime Peel, Orange Peel,Organic Açai Berries, Elderflower, Hibiscus, Black Bee Honey, Orris Root, Cardomon, Sumac, Fresh Basil, Fresh Rosemary, Lemon Thyme,Macadamia.
