BLACK FOREST GATEAUX the next in their series of dessert sours. Based on the Black Forest Gateaux dessert this 4.7% kettle soured beer has subtle layers of chocolate with a sour cherry edge supported by a creamy sweetness from the lactose & oats. Fermented with sour cherry juice & dry nibbed with raw cocoa nibs keeping it tart, complex & effervescent.
