Hoppy Pils was brewed in collaboration with Mac Hops, to mark their 125th anniversary! We started working with Brent McGlashen of Mac Hops after meeting him in 2022 in Germany. Brent is a whirlwind of energy and a highly skilled hop farmer. We believe Brent grows some of the most incredible lots of our favourite New Zealand varieties, such as Nelson Sauvin, Nectaron, Motueka, and Riwaka.
